  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device type and identifier, browser type and version, operating system, language preferences, time zone, and Service usage data such as login times and feature interactions.

We do not use the contents of your meetings to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not use your personal information for advertising purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate, maintain, or improve the Service, under contractual confidentiality obligations;
  • With other meeting participants you choose to communicate with, who may see your display name and connection information;
  • For legal reasons when we believe disclosure is required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
  • In business transfers such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

Meeting recordings, if enabled, are retained according to your account settings or applicable retention policy. Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and Service improvement.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including end-to-end encryption for meeting content, encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
